Classic Andean House – San Blas

The neighborhood of San Blas is a Cusco place that counts with the largest amount of tourists; this is due  not only because of its architecture and structure but also because of the beautiful handicrafts produced there.  In the well-known “Neighborhood of Artists” , you will be able to enjoy the beauty of its white houses with blue balconies, because here is found the Classic Andean House  – San Blas.

This hotel is located a block from the main plaza of the San Blas neighborhood and 3 blocks from  the Cusco Plaza de Armas.  If you are at the airport and you come by taxi, the trip will not last longer than 15 minutes; however, if you are at the Cusco bus or train stations, and you wish to come to this hotel, the trip will last about 10 minutes by taxi.

This version of Casa Andina(Andean House) has been erected  at a small house of colonial style, that has a welcoming stone patio and a central rock pool.  A total of 38 rooms, among which are found traditional rooms, superior rooms and one suite.  Seven of those rooms are located in the hotel’s tower and have open air living rooms. Furthermore, it is a 3 star hotel.

The traditional and superior rooms have been recently renovated.  The traditional rooms are very comfortable and have Twin beds.  The superior rooms are large and comfortable with Queen, California King or 2  Twin beds.

The Traditional, as well as, the superior rooms have breakfast tables or desks, two chairs, closets with security box, living room with a mini-bar and a large bathroom with jacuzzi.
